Wireframe
AVCB needed a restructured website to accompany changes in its digital strategy. This change meant condensing and reorganizing the significant amount of salient information on their platform. User experience (UX) prototyping lets the AVCB team play with the proposed information architecture and see how the site will feel, move, and load. The prototype is a functional floor plan for the human design of the site and helps our team ensure an intuitive experience. Paired with content prototyping, this gave AVCB a structured and transparent guide for writing the content of their site.
AVCB Phase 2 - Wireframe
Design
We established our design by keeping a style concept and information architecture. The clean, focused strategy, concise and personalized copy, snap-scrolling. We developed persona-based user flows that extend throughout the site, with our primary spotlight falling on the homepage. We used a green color theme to represent Bangladesh and tried to showcase how proud we are of an organization such as this, representing our country.

Color Palette

We created a warm, friendly & engaging color palette that resonates with the brand's tone of voice & compliments the brand's visual design language.

We consider this website's brilliant typeface, 'Open Sans Bold,' to ensure legibility on all screen types. Every type size, color, line height, and letter shape showcases the appropriate typeface balancing to provide a pleasant reading experience.
AVCB Phase 2 - Branding Fonts

Put Those Icons To Work

We developed a complete set of extra icons for showcasing AVCB’s accomplishments in an identified manner. Those icon designs have represented their features as cognitive waypoints for areas of interest and interaction. The thin lines and attractive simplified forms reflect modern aesthetics while remaining relevant to the message, adding an extra level of intuitive way-finding for the web user. Thus, iconography could never replace the written word, but it delivers a universal communication system.
Development

In our development phase, the JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and every image of the sites were optimized by our developers very efficiently to minimize the website’s loading time. Our development team coded a clean, efficient markup with a style sheet. After responsive markup, our team developed a 100% customized WordPress theme and some custom plugins for AVCB.

Our team built the site from scratch quickly, was adaptive to continual changes, and remained open and positive to strategic adjustments that occasionally left our team starting over on certain sections. We accomplish their primary demand of dynamic working area information Google Maps integration for their visitors. The result is a clean, responsive website that is just as usable on the backend to navigate on the front.

Bringing it all together
The new AVCB website is an exciting, attractive, and unique visitor experience. We collaborate all our web and digital experience into their new site with enhanced UX and visually appealing UI. The resource migration and dynamic Google Map interaction for working areas are much more enticing for potential visitors and offer a more robust user experience. We were genuinely excited about the overall outcome of the AVCB Phase II project through the new web design.

Outcome After Launch

  • Partner NGOs and donner visitors' growth was a pleasant experience for them.
  • Regular updates of AVCBS working areas and collaboration made easy.
  • This website has become popular among local and international UNDP site visitors.
